Qualifications:

• A minimum of four years of bankruptcy experience including complex business disputes

• Be comfortable and effective in the courtroom (excluding trial experience)

• Experience negotiating complex terms and conditions of settlements

• Demonstrated proficiency in all forms of communications

• Ability to research and write exceptionally well

• Demonstrated pride in working enthusiastically and doggedly

Responsibilities:

• Manage 15-30 active cases from inception through completion including all discovery

• Manage client relationships and regularly consult with clients and third parties to effectively move cases toward a successful conclusion

• Develop case strategy and provide leadership and direction to associates and staff

• Cultivate relationships with Firm’s clients and participate in business development

• Be a team player with the intention to build a long-term career with partnership opportunities

Compensation:

The compensation package is commensurate with qualifications and experience and will include a base salary in the range of $100,000-$125,000. The compensation package includes a base salary, plus bonus compensation based on production, efficiency, and performance. We offer a generous benefits package, including health, vision and dental insurance, retirement account, and paid time off.
